We’ve been back from our Texas trip for a few days now, but I’m still readjusting. Not waking up in a hotel room every morning is very nice. And even better is not sitting in the car for eight or nine hours everyday.Of course, I really enjoyed the trip. It was great seeing family and friends again – it had been a couple of years since our last visit. But the drive between Virginia and Texas is a long, long ordeal. Funny – it didn’t seem quite so long when I wasn’t quite so elderly!
Anyway, this photo is pretty representative of the view I’ve had for the last few weeks.
You are NOT elderly! That is a pretty picture but I have to say it looks a lot like Texas! I thought VA would look so much different. Maybe you could post more pictures -- except that one of me and the cat. That is for private viewing only, please!
